Our laboratory members attended 'The 24th Joint Interlaboratory Workshop on Nano-Magnetics' held in Hantan River Hotel in Cheolwon, Korea on July 21~22, 2016. 일본 Tohoku대 전자공학과 Sahashi교수님 연구실과 워크샵을 가졌다. JIWON은 2005년 2월 1회를 시작으로 매년 센다이(2월)와 서울(8월)을 번갈아 연간 2회 개최되고 있다.

Professor Choong Ho Yu was invited by our lab to make a speech about low dimensional nanostructures for flexible energy conversion/storage and electronics as well as their electrical and thermal transport properties.
텍사스 A&M 대학교에서 근무하는 유충호 교수님을 초청하여 낮은 차원의 나노 구조에서의 유연한 에너지 변환/저장 및 전기적, 열적 에너지 운반 특성에 관한 세미나를 진행하였다.
Mr. I. H. Cha, Mr. G. W. Kim, Ms. D. Y. Nam, and Ms. Lijun Pan attended '2016 Magnetism Summer School' held in Seould National University on June 29th ~ July 1st. The summer school was organized by 'Korea Magnetics Society', 'Korea Physics Society', and 'Seoul National University BK21'.
6월 29일부터 7월 1일까지 서울대학교에서 진행하는 '제 3회 자성학 계절학교'에 참석하였다. 이번 자성학 계절학교에는 대학원생 차인호, 김규원, 남다연, 판리준이 참가하였다. 계절학교는 '한국자기학회', '한국물리학회', '서울대학교 창의인재양성재료사업단'에서 주최하였다.
