Graduate students, Mr. J. H. Moon, Mr. J. Lee and Ms. J. Lee attended the 20th International Symposium on the Physics of Semiconductors and Applications held in Jeju, Korea on July 17~21, 2022. Prof. Kim, an invited speaker, gave a talk about efficient spin-orbit torque switching driven by W-based alloys.
대학원생 문준환, 이정규, 이지영이 2022년 7월 17일부터 21일 제주도에서 개최된 ISPSA(International Symposium on the Physics of Semiconductor and Applications)에 참석했다. 발표자로 초대받은 김영근 교수는 NFS(Novel Functional Spintronics) 세션에서 efficient-spin orbit torque switching driven by W-based alloys를 주제로 발표했다.
