Intermag Asia 2015

 Unified master's & doctor's course candidate, Y. J. Kim, Y. J. Kim, W. S. Ham and Prof. Kim attended 'Intermag Asia 2015' held in Beijing, China on May 11 ~ 15, 2015.
 5월 11 ~ 15 일 중국 베이징에서 개최된 2015 Intermag에 참석하였다. 이번 Intermag에는 김영근 교수, 석박통합과정 함우승, 김용진, 전유상이 참석하였다. 

 발표 내용 
  • 김용진 (Poster) : CoFeSiB/Pd multilayers exhibiting perpendicular magnetic anisotropy
  • 전유상, 함우승 (Poster) : Magnetotransport properties of 1-dimensional magnetic nanoparticle array

2015 conference of the korean institute of metals and materials (2015 대한금속재료학회 춘계학술대회 참석)

 M.S. candidates, Y. J. Kim, W. S. Ham and Prof. Kim attended 'Spring conference of the korean institute of metals and materials' held in Haeundae Korea on April 22 ~ 24, 2015.
 4월 22 ~ 24 일 해운대 한화리조트에서 개최된 2015 대한금속재료학회 춘계학술대회에 참석하였다.
 이번 추계학술대회에는 김영근 교수, 석사과정 김용진과 함우승이 참석하였다.

발표 내용 
  • 김용진 (Poster) : 수직자기이방성이 구현되는 CoFeSiB-Pd 합금의 수직자기이방성 연구 
  • 함우승 (Poster) : 산화철 나노입자를 이용한 나노체인의 형성과 그 자화반전 메커니즘


The 21th Joint Interlaboratory Workshop on Nano-Magnetics (JIWON)

 Our laboratory members attended 'The 21st Joint Interlaboratory Workshop on Nano-Magnetics' held in Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan on March 5 ~ 8, 2015. 
 일본 Tohoku대 전자공학과 Sahashi교수님 연구실과 워크샵을 가졌다. JIWON은 2005년 2월 1회를 시작으로 매년 센다이(2월)와 서울(8월)을 번갈아 연간 2회 개최되고 있다.

 Our laboratory members attended the 48th Winter annual Conference of the Korean Vaccum Society held in Hoengseong, Korea, Korea on February 9 ~ 11, 2015. 
 Prof. Kim gave plenary talk with a title 'Nanomaterials for cancer immunotherapy' 
 한국진공학회 동계정기대회에 참석하였다. 본 학술대회에서 김영근 교수는 'Nanomaterials for cancer immunotherapy' 에 관한 plenary talk 하였다. 

 발표 내용 
  • 김용진 (Poster) : Investigation of Ta/CoFeB/MgO perpendicular magnetic tunnel junction with amorphous FeNiSiB insertion layer 
  • 전유상 (Poster) : Formaldehyde gas detection using Fe-doped ZnO nanowire arrays 
  • 함우승 (Poster) : LaSrMnO 나노입자의 합성 및 자기적 성질 이용한 심근 경색 면역진단법 
  • 박범철 (Poster) : Quantitative analysis on cellular uptake of magnetic nanoparticles
